Why are bananas good for you?

There are many reasons to eat bananas, the following are just a few:

How to eat a banana?

The best time to eat a banana is when it turns yellow and has reached its ideal stage of ripeness; it is an extremely versatile product that can be peeled to be eaten immediately or it can be fried, grilled, frozen or sliced and mixed with your favorite cereal, milkshake or yogurt drink or used as the main ingredient of a cake.

All of our farmlands are located in Colombia; specifically, in the Turbo, Apartadó, Carepa and Chigorodó municipalities of the Urabá – Antioquia region, and the Magdalena banana producing area concentrated upon the Aracataca, Ciénaga, El Retén, Santa Marta, Río Frío and Fundación municipalities.
